atmospheric phenomena and to recognize that the path to well being is not based on an all mighty and arbitrary government which acts as a severe father that imposes its discipline and forgets that it is only a representative of all those that inhabit its frontiers.

Another point of view in regards to the type of government is which that places the responsibility where it should be, its citizen should not await anything from the government only that the government watches out for the laws to be abided and the life of those represented be respected.

The second option produces free citizens that look at the government as a necessary evil to maintain peace among its citizens and social justice, but that cannot nor should it interfere in the normal functioning of a society constituted by willing members that accept its existence, on whom nation sovereignty lies and
that if they consider the Government is not functioning properly in accordance to their wishes, needs and ambitions, have the right and also the duty to get rid of those in power and also of the philosophy that guides it.

When a government clearly demonstrates its incapacity to govern with a clear mind or its follies of not obeying the motives of its own existence it is time for the only sovereign --the People-- to disrobe it of its attributes and to himself take command of its own destiny. Another more able government of a different
political and economical ideology will substitute the inept government and will radically change the path of a society which it has reined in its development and collective happiness.

It is not a sound policy, neither in the family nor in society to not demand responsibility for their acts or for their inertia to those whose duty is to fulfill its function, without any excuse whatsoever.

When values within the family are subverted and some do the duties of others and assume tasks corresponding to them it is not advisable to applaude that policy and take a fake route of working for those that do not know how or are not willing to perform such tasks.

Society is nothing but a big family integrated by many different members, of all races, ethnicities, economic points of view, political affiliations and appreciation of their objective on Earth, be it what it migh be, those that believe there is life after life or those that reject it and consider that the only important thing is to have
a material base in this world and deny the existence of a Supreme Being or Supreme Maker.

Not taking into consideration whether they have beliefs or not, all have the obligation of demanding within the family from its members to fulfill their duties or within the Government, to fulfil its functions or simply that they take to the sidelines and let the route free for those more capable or to those, that at least, believe they can guide the nation to success. That they do not wish to live from what others offer them but rather sustain themselves by their own efforts.

Charity is an enemy to Justice and ill understood, only prolongs life to those "corpses" that within a Government, by its own ineptitude or lack of will have impede that the Maximun Sovereign, the People may live with tranquility, peace and happy of their existence.

In the Cuban case the Government is responsible for ALL in society and thus if Cuba is a disaster there is only one responsible for that, the Government. Not withstanding, the blame is not totally for the Government to bear. The maximum sovereign forgetting it is the center and genesis of the existence of the former, is to be blamed for not demanding that it be accountable for its performance, be it favorable or not.

It is very easy and harmful that those that do not watch out or demand the Government to function according to its wishes and needs, to recourse to the Exile charity or from the World as a whole to supply the deficiencies that only are responsibility of Cubans instead of simply demanding the government to leave
power. That attitude only prolongs life for those entities that do not function correctly, that are irresponsible or damaging to a society's good health that in the past, demonstrated that it could take care of itself, more than enough.

Nonetheless it is right that friends and families by their own will help their families o acquantances acting as individuals, because love jumps the barriers that the Cuban Contrarevolutionary Government imposes and cannot see without being moved, the penury of their families and friends condemned to a slow but sure
death by the obstinance of individuals that only look for power as a goal or as means of enriching themselves, while their fellow countrymen are victims of all the caprices, mistakes or wrong policies based --in accordance with their saying-- on Marxism-Leninism, which is just an excuse to cover up the real tyrannical and personalist dimension that makes them feel that they are the only ones able of
fulfilling Government duties, even as the Island of Cuba, its adjacent Cays and all its surroundings are in a point where there is no return nor it might be rebuilt in a few years what to our forefathers took at least a couple of centuries to reach to the initial point in 1959 from where the witch apprentices that took the
Government by assault under false promises and misrepresentations started to build today's Cuba.

The Cuban people is obliged to take down from their thrones those incapable contrarevolutionaries that boast of all what they are not or say to believe in.

For Cuba the moment of truth has arrived. Are the Cubans willing to continue in their misery, many of them living out of charity from their exiled brothers or are they ready to assume their duties as Maximum Sovereigns of their land?
